Bio:

Everette has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry and over 21 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.  He has served many years in leadership roles having worked at Pfizer for close to 14 years, Johnson and Johnson and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics 12 years.  He joined PTC Therapeutics over 4 years ago where he leads a global team of Talent Acquisition professionals responsible for identifying top talent for several hundreds of niche rare disease positions across multiple function level roles annually to include critical executives.  PTC has a presence in over 50 countries around the world in the following regions:  US, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

He is proud of the phenomenal work done by his team in recruiting 53 global Talent Pipeline Program for recent college graduates with degrees ranging from (BS, MS/MBA, PH.D, PharmD and Juris Doctorate) for their first ever entry level one year training (Internship) program where they retained 37 talented professionals.  They have now initiated their second program to attract and identify 40 new global recent college graduates (Fellows) for their one year Talent Pipeline Program (Fellowship).

Everette pursued his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law and received his MBA in Management from William Paterson University.
