Bio:

Gina Thomas is an accomplished, innovative, and energetic leader with extensive Human Resources and executive search experience. Gina has over 25 years in Talent Acquisition within the Life Sciences sector.  Her experience has been hands-on recruitment as well as leading teams tasked to fill entry level to executive-level management positions across all business groups. 

She has been a small business owner / entrepreneur and an advisor to the management of several large corporations. Gina’s expertise is building human capital and fostering organizational growth. Teams that Gina has built and led have worked extensively with business leaders to understand their needs today and in the future and to develop appropriate Talent strategies. 

Gina has been with Regeneron for six years; she leads the recruitment function inclusive of University Relations, TA Solutions and Systems, Pipeline & Sourcing, and Candidate Experience. 

Gina has a BS in Public Affairs with a concentration in Political Science from SUNY and is currently pursuing her Master’s in organizational development and Leadership at St. Josephs University.
