Bio:

Kristen is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at SpringWorks Therapeutics.  She joined SpringWorks in November 2020 and since then has enjoyed building out her team to include 2 seasoned pharmaceutical recruiters and 1 recruiting coordinator.  In the last year, she has grown in headcount by 125 FTE’s with about 125 more to go this year.   

Prior to joining SpringWorks, Kristen was a commercial talent acquisition lead at Novartis Pharmaceuticals for 8 years where she led over 15 commercial product launches.  Prior to Novartis she held various talent acquisition roles in the pharmaceutical space.   

Her passion is attracting passive talent and finding them the right role that not only fulfils the company’s but also brings live-saving medicine to patients.
