Bio:

Liz is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Rubius Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotech company which she joined in September 2021.  Prior to Rubius, Liz was at Agios Pharmaceuticals for 4 years, where she was responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition activities for Oncology and International.  There, she led the recruiting initiatives to build the company’s first sales force in preparation for its first commercial launch.  Before joining Agios, Liz worked at athenahealth, where she helped grow and scale the company from 1,500 to over 3,500 in various talent acquisition roles.

Liz holds a B.S from Siena College and lives in the suburbs of Boston with her husband and daughter.
