Michelle is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Merz Aesthetics.  Merz Aesthetics is the world’s largest dedicated medical aesthetics business empowering healthcare professionals, patients and employees to live every day with confidence. Michelle has been with Merz Aesthetics for almost 12 years and has experience on both the manufacturing and corporate side of the business.  

Michelle holds a B.A. in Psychology and a SPHR certification. She lives in Raleigh with her husband, her Corgi Finn, and her cat Sadie.
